The following is an example of an approval email with the retailer’s acknowledgment section.

• If you visit in the store in person to purchase or take delivery of your e-bike, the retailer will sign it while you are there.

• If you order your e-bike online, and had it shipped to an address other than the store (home/office/other) you must forward this email to your e-bike retailer and ask them to confirm your purchase. They will forward the email to us, with a copy to you, so that you know we received the electronic acknowledgement.
