- Waitlist applicants who were invited to apply, will receive their email approval letter in 2-3 business days. Once you receive that email, follow the instructions to purchase your e-bike and complete your claim.
- As stated on our Program Policies page, the minimum purchase price is $2,000 (before taxes).
- Visit a participating e-bike retailer to purchase your e-bike.
- Make sure you get the correct receipts from the retailer.
- Have electronic copies of your complete claim documentation ready
- Come back to our website to complete your claim
- Our service standard for processing complete claims is 7-14 business days
