4 Easy Steps

Step 1

  • If you signed up on our waitlist you will receive an email from us when a rebate becomes available for you.
  • Click the link in the email to complete and submit your application.
  • Make sure you include all the required Income Qualification Documents.
  • Do not share the link, it will not work for any other person.
  • You have 2 days (48 hours) to complete your application.

Step 2

  • You will receive your email approval email in 2-3 business days.
  • Take a printed copy of your approval email with you when you go to purchase your e-bike and have the retailer complete and sign the bottom of the form.
  • If you purchase your e-bike online for delivery to your home/office/other pick-up location, you must forward a copy of your email approval email to the retailer after your purchase is complete (payment processed). The retailer will forward the email to us with a copy to you confirming the purchase. This email confirmation from the retailer will satisfy the requirement for the signed approval email when you complete the claim process.

Step 3

  • You have 2 weeks (14 days) to purchase your e-bike and submit your claim.
  • As stated on our Program Policies page, the minimum purchase price is $2,000 (before taxes).
  • Visit a participating e-bike retailer to purchase your e-bike.
  • Make sure you get the correct receipts from the retailer.
  • Make sure you print and take your approval email with you and the retailer completes and signs the bottom portion.
  • If you are purchasing online with home/office/other delivery, please follow the instructions detailed in Step 2.

Step 4
