District of Saanich
The District of Saanich provided funding to this program. The new BC E-Bike Rebate Program draws on the experience of both the District’s Community Income Qualified E-Bike Incentive Pilot Program which ran from 2021-2022 as well as the SCRAP-IT E-Bike Rebate Program which ran from 2017 to 2023.
