The email you receive after completing the online purchase and making the payment (typically by credit card).

If you purchase your e-bike online for delivery to your home/office/other pick-up location, you must forward a copy of your email approval email to the retailer after your purchase is complete (payment processed). The retailer will forward the email to us with a copy to you confirming the purchase. This email confirmation from the retailer will satisfy the requirement for the signed approval email when you complete the claim process. Please make sure your retailer completes this required step.
