Agreement Program Policies

I have read all the program policies and understand how they apply to e-bike customers.

I understand that I must provide each customer with 2 receipts, a POS terminal receipt and a printed store receipt that shows the customer's name, business name & address, an invoice number, date of purchase, description of the e-bike purchased, and total cost before taxes. Examples are provided on our Required Claim Documents page.

I agree that I will not provide any official receipts to a customer in advance of them receiving the e-bike (in other words, the customer must be able to walk out of the store with the e-bike in order for them to have the official receipts required to submit a claim). I agree to use a temporary handwritten receipt, or clearly identifiably different receipt, for any deposits or pre-payments on e-bikes that need to be ordered into stock.

I agree that I will provide customers who order e-bikes online, and pick them up in the store with a printed store receipt indicating both paid and delivered.

I agree that I will not accept returns, will not provide a customer with a cash, or other type of refund (debit/credit/gift card/merchandise) and understand that the e-bike may only be exchanged for another e-bike of equal value (same cost) or higher.

The person(s) named below is the key contact for our store. They will be made aware of the program and agree to co-operate with program staff who call to verify e-bike purchases and claim documentation.

I understand that I will be permanently removed from the Participating Electric Bike Retailer list if I participate in any malfeasance or fail to meet any of the requirements I've agreed to, as set out in this agreement.
